The Complete Natural Beauty in the Komodo National Park

Komodo National Park in Flores, NTT have a lot of beauty. Tourists who come will be presented with a nature that is still preserved complete with wildlife such as komodo dragons.

This is a collection of photos while enjoying the beauty of nature and wildlife in the Komodo National Park. Komodo National Park is located between East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara.

This national park consists of three major islands, namely the island of Komodo, Rinca, and Padar, as well as several small islands. Total population in this area is approximately 4,000.

The islands are included in the Komodo National Park was originally volcanic islands. In 1986 the national park was accepted as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

In 1980 the national park was established to protect the Komodo dragon and its habitat. If counted, there are about 277 species of animals there. The animals consisted of 32 species of mammals, 128 species of birds, and 37 species of reptiles.

Together with dragons, there are at least 25 species of land animals and birds that fall into protected categories. This classification because of their limited number and limited deployment.

Moreover, in this region there are also coral reefs. There are around 253 species of coral reef there, with about 1,000 species of fish. The reefs attract foreign tourists to swim or dive in the water.
